Traviu App

Traviu is a mobile app concept designed for a travel agency based in Miami, aimed at helping users explore destinations, plan activities, and manage bookings more intuitively.

The agency lacked a distinctive digital product in a highly competitive travel market.

Users often struggle to compare options, manage budgets, and organize trips efficiently, which reduces engagement and conversion.

UX Role

I designed the full mobile experience, focusing on usability, clarity, and interaction design.

The goal was to create a structured and engaging interface that simplifies trip planning while maintaining a visually appealing experience.

Target Users

The travelers and potential clients are seeking an easy, structured way to plan trips, explore destinations, and manage their travel budget.

What do I bring?

• Budget Piggy – A feature that allows users to estimate activity costs and align them with their available budget.

• Trip Planning Flow – A simplified process to organize destinations, duration, and activities.

• Visual Navigation – Clear icon system and structured layout to improve usability and reduce cognitive load.

Outcome

The final design provides a more structured and user-friendly experience, improving how users plan and manage their trips. The concept has the potential to increase user engagement and support better decision-making during the travel planning process.

This project helped me understand the importance of simplifying complex processes such as trip planning.

I learned how to design features that combine functionality with clarity and to strike a balance between visual design and usability.
